Summer learning underwater, underway
Mrs. Valerie Agnello, center, from the Independence Branch Library, visits Independence Leadership Academy last Thursday as part of the library outreach program. Students participated in games and activities centered around the octopus. This theme coordinates with the library’s summer program, “Oceans of Possibilities,” which provides opportunities for students throughout the parish to continue summer learning.
