Donna Miller, a Hammond business owner and wife of Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller, was honored as a Distinguished Graduate of Holy Ghost during the Diocese of Baton Rouge Catholic Schools Distinguished Graduates Awards Dinner on Monday at the Renaissance Hotel in Baton Rouge.
