By virtue of a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued out of the Twenty-first Judicial District Court of Louisiana in and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, in the above entitled and numbered suit I have seized and will proceed to sell at public auction, for cash, to the last and highest bidder and according to law, sale to take place at the principal front door of the Court House in Amite, Louisiana, on Wednesday, April 21, 2021
Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
1.00 A BEING S1/2 OF LOT C OF SUB IN SEC 19 T6S R7E B536 P699 B806 P829 B877 P532 B878 P175 B897 P408 B953 P543 B1213 P721 B1301 P113 B1337 P16, being more fully described as:
A certain tract or parcel of land located in Section 19, T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, containing one acre more or less situated thereon and being more particularly described as follow, to-wit: Commencing at a point South 480 feet and West 1065.2 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 19, T6S, R7E, said point being the Point of Beginning; proceed thence West 244.22 feet to a point; thence South 178.35 feet to a point; thence East 244.22 feet to a point thence North 178.35 feet to the Point of Beginning, all as per survey of Gilbert Sullivan dated March 8, 1982 and being the South half of Lot C in a subdivision of a six acre tract as per map of William h. Pringle, dated December 6, 1979. Together with a 25 foot Servitude for access established at COB 443, Page 263, and corrected at COB 614, PAGE 339.
Improvements thereon are being reported to bear the Municipal No.: 11540 Wendall Lane Hammond, LA. 70401
