M. Moore, Reg. C. E. and Surveyor, dated January 16, 1960, a copy of which is on file and of record in Tangipahoa Parish, LA. Tract 2. Forty-one one-hundredths (0.41) of an acre lying in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, T5S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, described as follows: From the Northwest corner of property formerly owned by Joe Massula, said point being on north line of the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of said Section 8, T5S, R7E, thence East, along north line of the S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of said Section, 400 feet to N.E. corner of Vendee and South 147.6 feet to S.E. corner of vendees 1/2 acre, to the Point of Beginning; thence South along vendors East line, 120.0 feet, thence West 147.6 feet, thence North 120.0 feet to vendees S.E. corner, thence East 147.6 feet to the Point of Beginning; being in Eastern portion of tract acquired by vendor from Frank & Mary Garon, COB 290, Page 626, as per Survey of O.C. Hollister dated February 26, 1970 subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
