Two former cold cases -- the death of Timothy Brown, 30, in 2006 and Debbie Ann Lindsey, 44, in 2003 -- are now active cases being worked by Detective Mike Sticker with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office.

Brown was gunned down in the parking lot of Pea's Lounge about 1:54 a.m. Dec. 29, 2006. According to the sheriff's office, witnesses said Brown was trying to break up a fight between several people.
