Crash on Highway 445


ROBERT -- A state trooper investigates the scene of a three-vehicle crash on Hwy. 445 near Champ Cooper Elementary School. A witness said the crash happened Tuesday around 3 p.m. State troopers and Tangipahoa Parish sheriff's deputies directed traffic that was backed up in both directions. First responders worked numerous wrecks on the interstates and other highways in Tangipahoa Parish during the afternoon storm Tuesday.
