BACKLASH -- The audience fills the Tangipahoa Parish School Board meeting Tuesday. Upset members of the public called for Mike Whitlow to resign from the board because of a controversial post he made on social media. He removed the post, apologized for it and told the audience Tuesday he does not plan to resign.
