Amy Lynn Ferrara is the new Italian Festival Queen.

Ferrara, 19, was crowned at the festival pageant on Saturday at Southeastern Louisiana University.

She also won the photogenic award.

She is the daughter of Donnie and Charlotte Ferrara of Tickfaw.

Ferrara attends SLU with a major in early childhood education.

Meaghan Vicari of Albany is the first runner-up, and Mandi Coslan of Hammond is the second runner-up.
